Construction Manager; Agribusiness​/Ag Infrastructure

Position Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects while leading internal crews, coordinating outside contractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is not a desk based project management role. The successful candidate will be highly engaged in daily operations, project execution, and team leadership.

• Lead and manage construction, maintenance, and facility improvement projects
• Direct daily activities of internal construction and maintenance personnel
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Establish project priorities and allocate resources effectively
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various facilities and properties
• Identify and resolve project related issues in a timely manner
• Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership
• Drive accountability and maintain high performance expectations across project teams

• Facility renovations and upgrades
• Concrete and site development projects
• Plumbing and utility installations

• Residential property maintenance and renovations
• Commercial facility remodels
• General construction and maintenance projects

• 5+ years of construction leadership, project management, superintendent, or facilities management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold individuals accountable
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multiple trades
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project execution
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
