• Lead structural concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Drive project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Build long‑term relationships with owners, partners, and project teams.

• Experience managing commercial structural concrete projects.
• Background in cast‑in‑place concrete, foundations, podiums, parking structures, mid‑rise, high‑rise, industrial, or tilt‑wall construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
