Project Solutions Manager – Remote/Field Based

Job Overview:
You will champion SBD engagement at large construction projects in North America, driving sales and delivering value‑added solutions throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Lead SBD involvement in major projects from planning to closeout.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Promote and implement value‑added products and services, customizing solutions to maximize project efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and problem resolution.
• Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for each project.
• Identify new opportunities for value, process improvements, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Management or Engineering).
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision makers at all levels.
• Strong teamwork and accountability skills.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Experience planning and executing meetings and events of varying sizes.
• Ability to manage and execute a regional budget.
• Travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite, SAP, smartphone).

Salary range: $105,000 – $169,100.
