We're looking for an experienced Estimator for one of our clients. In this role, you'll prepare accurate project estimates and proposals for commercial construction projects while collaborating with internal teams to support successful bids.
What You'll Do:- Develop accurate cost estimates and project proposals
- Manage the bid process from estimate through submission
- Coordinate bid reviews and communicate with stakeholders
- Maintain current pricing and estimating data
- Support project planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
