Construction Laborer - $25/hr + Overtime

In this role, you will assist with site preparation, concrete support activities, and earthwork operations while working alongside experienced crews. Responsibilities:

• Prepare dirt surfaces for concrete crews by shoveling, raking, and leveling jobsite areas.
• Assist with site preparation and earthwork activities to support ongoing construction operations.
• Operate a remote trench roller/compactor (training provided).
• Work closely with equipment operators and laborers as part of a small construction crew.
• Support concrete pours and site development activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently to help keep projects on schedule.

Essential

Skills:

• 1+ year of construction, general labor, or outdoor work experience.
• Experience using shovels, rakes, and common hand tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and active jobsites.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience with dirt work, landscaping, excavation, grading, or site development preferred.
• Previous construction labor experience on commercial or industrial projects is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and construction techniques.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
