- Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
- Coordinate with necessary team members
- Develop and monitor project metrics
- Participate in project coordination meetings
- Conduct project site visits if applicable
- Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
- Develop cost estimates
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects (or equivalent), preferably including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports
- Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST
- Ability to interpret construction schedules
- Bachelor's degree
- The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short‑term tasks
- Organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
