This is an excellent opportunity to ensure compliance with safety regulations, prevent injuries, and mitigate hazards throughout all phases of our projects. (Please be aware that this position is project-based and requires extended on-site presence.)
WhatYou'll Be Accountable For
- Providing day-to-day EHS leadership on assigned job sites and reinforcing safe work practices through presence, coaching, and collaboration
- Ensuring project activities comply with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies
- Performing routine jobsite inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and process gaps
- Leading safety orientations, toolbox talks, targeted training sessions, and regular safety communication
- Leading or supporting investigations of incidents, near misses, and potential risks, ensuring timely documentation and resolution
- Must be open to long-term travel assignments based on project needs
- At least five years of safety management experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
