Associate Project Manager

I'm currently partnering with a leading energy infrastructure company to hire an experienced Project Manager to support a major capital program within their Power & Controls group. This is a 5-month contract with strong potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duration: 5-Month Contract (Potential for Direct Hire)

• Manage capital and compliance-driven projects from initiation through closeout
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, environmental, ROW, construction, and other key stakeholders
• Lead contractor coordination and support bid and award activities
• Monitor project execution, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support outage planning and construction execution activities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred
• Experience managing industrial, utility, or energy infrastructure projects
• Strong background in capital project execution, scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting projects from planning through construction and commissioning
• Familiarity with natural gas facilities, compressor stations, electrical systems, controls, or other utility infrastructure is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication across cross-functional teams
