This seasonal leadership position is ideal for someone with a strong background in traffic control, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced construction environment.

As a Flagger Lead, you will oversee and coordinate flagging operations and traffic control on road construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of motorists, pedestrians, and construction personnel through work zones. You will be responsible for directing and supporting flagging crews, setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, ensuring compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and promoting a culture of safety throughout every project.
