** Pay:**  $75,000-$95,000/Year (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initial scoping through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. These responsibilities can change at the client request.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout

+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

+ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

+ Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

+ Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues, delays, or cost overruns

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, and company safety standards

+ Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and clients

+ Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

+ Conduct site visits and inspections, including travel to project locations (~25%)

+ Support procurement and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

+ Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination meetings

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 3-7+ years of experience in construction project management

+ Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams

+ Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

+ Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts

+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically (~25%)

+ Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30 certification

Experience with commercial, industrial, or critical infrastructure construction projects

+ Familiarity with estimating and bid preparation
