Job Superintendent

Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Construction Project Supervisor to manage on-site operations for a variety of construction projects. The position requires someone who can balance practical field oversight with administrative responsibilities, ensuring mobilization, daily execution, and close-out activities are handled efficiently. This role will be central to delivering projects that meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations while building a strong, collaborative team culture.

• Lead and supervise construction crews and subcontractors, setting expectations and driving performance
• Prepare, update, and communicate detailed project schedules and milestones to the team and stakeholders
• Maintain rigorous safety oversight, conducting toolbox talks, enforcing PPE use, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Direct daily tasks with the construction team to achieve production goals and reduce rework
• Coordinate communications between subcontractors, project managers, clients, and regulatory officials to address concerns promptly
• Perform systematic site inspections and quality checks to enforce workmanship standards and document findings

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience on construction sites, or five years of skilled trade experience combined with demonstrated leadership potential
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, industry codes, and permitting
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and build positive working relationships

• Leadership in team building and talent development
• Risk identification, mitigation, and safety focus

• OSHA 30-Hour/10-Hour Certification preferred
• CCS certification a beneficial credential but not required
• Relevant machinery and tool certifications recommended
