WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and manage the construction administration function, guiding internal staff and serving as the primary point of contact during the construction phase.
- Act as the bridge between contractors, clients, and design teams—keeping communication clear and projects running smoothly.
- Oversee site meetings, cost tracking, scheduling, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Review construction documents, process RFIs and submittals, and resolve on-site challenges in real time.
- Conduct site visits for QA/QC, handle project closeouts, and maintain accurate construction records.
- Provide leadership in bidding phases, estimates, and inspections.
- Partner closely with clients to ensure satisfaction while mentoring and developing your internal team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in construction services, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong communication abilities—comfortable leading meetings and advising clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, think critically, and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Flexibility to travel for meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
