gpac is seeking a motivated candidate to join a family-owned heavy civil contractor as Project Manager/Estimator. You don’t need prior PM or Estimator experience; a strong foundation in heavy civil and drive to grow will be developed through hands-on training.
You’ll learn estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and project management while coordinating field crews and partners. Local projects with minimal travel offer growth and mentorship in a collaborative culture.
