Estimator​/Project Manager

As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will estimate, bid, and manage profitable restoration projects while collaborating with crews, superintendents, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

• Accurately estimate and prepare bids for construction projects
• Prospect and build client relationships while identifying new opportunities
• Coordinate with the Operations team to set and meet project schedules
• Monitor project performance against budgets and continuously improve future estimates
• Manage projects on-site, ensuring communication with crews and clients
• Handle billing processes with precision and timeliness
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

• Technical Expert or Craftsman at heart, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar experience (preferred)
• 3+ years of estimation/project management in concrete or masonry restoration or related fields (preferred)
• Proficient in reading construction plans, MS Office, and communication tools
• Process-driven individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable leading projects and prioritizing decisions under pressure
• Naturally take ownership, lead with precision, and excel in accountability
• Driven by problem-solving, structure, and process while delivering quality craftsmanship
