Job Description A construction company is hiring a Project Manager to manage their construction projects. This individual will work with the end client and attend pre bid meetings to understand client's schedule, review drawings, develop a plan and cost estimate associated with the work, so an understanding of construction processes is crucial for this position. This individual will also participate in post-tender negotiations to get a contract signed.
Once bid is awarded, the individual will work with assigned superintendent or foreman to complete construction. They will work with subcontractors and manage all work from the office side, and will be responsible for the cost scope & schedule of the project.
