Construction Project Manager We’relooking for a Project Manager who is accountable, collaborative, and relentlessly thorough — someone who takes genuine ownership, builds high-performing teams, and holds the line on quality, schedule, and trust.

The title is Project Manager. The real job is owning the outcome from kickoff to closeout.

Your Day-to-Day Lead Projects End-to-End Take full ownership of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout.

Drive execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks — no exceptions.

Anticipate risk before it becomes a problem and make decisions that protect the project.

Build and Align Your Team Partner closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.

Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision.

Hold stakeholders accountable and communicate proactively — no surprises.

Growthe Business Strengthen client relationships that drive repeat work and longterm partnerships.

Represent MCL in the community and contribute to a culture others want to be part of.

The Right Fit You'rea strong fit if you:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering(Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred).8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role.

Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projectsastrongplus.

Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.

You lead with accountability —youown outcomes, not just tasks.

Detail-oriented and disciplined; cost and schedule are never an afterthought.
