This is a full-time, on-site role based in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and comprehensive technical drawings for sign production and fabrication.
• Creating detailed 3D sign models that translate client concepts into manufacturable blueprints.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure all design specifications align with project requirements and client expectations.

• Preferably 5 years of sign company or construction design experience.
• Proficient in design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dimensions), and Sketch Up.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and scaling for technical drawings.
• Ability to create visually appealing digital and printed materials.
• Experience in balancing priorities with multiple projects.
• Strong file management and organizational skills.
