Media Specialist; Photo​/Video

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photo content on-site, including game action, highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit and deliver requested media assets efficiently, ensuring timely turnaround that meets contract deadlines.
• Follow designated court assignments and timelines precisely, maintaining consistent coverage throughout the event.
• Produce engaging short-form content optimized for social and digital platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines, event themes, and messaging standards.
• Communicate proactively with media leadership and team members to confirm assignments, priorities, and deliverables.
• Participate in pre-event briefings, check-ins, and meetings as needed to coordinate coverage and expectations.
• Stay current on media trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviors to continuously improve content quality and performance.

• Proven experience in media filing, editing and creation.
• Proficient with photography and/or videography equipment and digital media tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the brand and message.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
