Creighton University Athletics Creative Services Graduate Assistant

The Creighton University Athletic Department is now accepting applications for the position of Creative Services Graduate Assistant within the Creative Services Department. Creighton is located in Omaha, Nebraska and competes with fellow NCAA Division I members of the BIG EAST Conference.

This position will have an emphasis on Graphic Design and Content Coordination.

This position reports directly to the Director of Creative Services. The graduate assistant in creative services is expected to maintain office hours while working home athletic events throughout the year. You will be asked to work roughly 20 hours a week. This position is expected to work on some evenings and weekends with occasional travel.

This job is dependent on admission to a graduate program at Creighton University. You must maintain good academic standing to maintain your position as a graduate assistant.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite – specifically Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects a bonus.
• Familiarity with main social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Preferably experience running social media while working for an athletic department or marketing organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Photography skills a welcomed bonus.

• Mentor and work directly with Graphic Design interns.
• Collaborate with other colleagues on creative projects that drive brand awareness, revenue generation, etc.
• Assist with covering athletic events, creative photo shoots, media days, etc.
• Complete graphic design projects for social media, in-venue usage, marketing materials, and more.
• Assist with gameday presentation elements for select sports.
• Provide creative direction to potential freelancers.
• Take on an assistant role in managing team social media accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Salary Information:
This is a two-year role with a $1,000 monthly stipendplus tuition waiver. Preferred start date is July 2026.
