We're actively seeking a talented Customer Service Supervisor to join our Annuities Customer Service team in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA.
Role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.
Responsibilities- Active coaching of your team to meet benchmarks for quality and productivity
- Meet with staff regularly to focus on skill development and performance
- Create a pipeline of talented staff ready for future roles
- Collaborate with peers on responding to escalated service requests
- Participate in interviewing new hires, identifying talent, and onboarding new staff
- Collaborate on workflow to ensure great service is delivered in a timely manner
The role sits on a team of 10-12 people within the Consumer Markets Division Life Service Solutions and works closely with a team of supervisors and managers in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- SIE and Series 6 license required
- Proven coaching and leadership experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, resourcefulness and accountability
- Knowledge of Pacific Life Insurance products
- Call center experience
- Team management experience
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
Salary: $89,010.00 - $
