Overview

Challenging career opportunity as a Payroll Service Specialist for a growing payroll management company. The primary focus of this position will be to provide payroll clients with a true "best practice" experience in all aspects of client services. The Payroll Service Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by consulting, assisting and resolving a wide variety of customer requests, inquiries, complaints and escalations, both verbally and in writing.

This position provides first level product and service support to clients regarding payroll, accounting, tax filing, money-movement and other related payroll services. The Payroll Service Specialist is also responsible for identifying and proposing repeatable efficient processes and documenting same. Key components include on-going end-user training, payroll support and proactive management of client activity to assure client satisfaction and retention.

This position must be flexible and have the ability to be productive in a high-stress environment and meet stringent deadlines.

Certifications:

Candidate must have at least 3 years in a client service environment with the ability to demonstrate positive results, professionalism, and strong focus on client satisfaction. Prior payroll experience strongly preferred; accounting experience helpful. Experience with Evolution payroll software considered a plus.
