The Role
- Field inquiries from residents via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with lease terms
- Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and management teams to resolve resident issues efficiently
- Accurately document resident interactions, complaints, and resolutions in property management systems
- This position requires a high level of diplomacy and strict confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, or the ability to learn quickly
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly task-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
