About the Role Join a fast-growing, techfirst business insurance provider that's redefining how small businesses get coverage.
This is a true inbound customer service role. You'll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.
If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a collaborative, growth oriented environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
* Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on onecall resolution
* Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
* Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
* Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
* Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and followups
* Contribute to a team focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
What We're Looking For
* Required:
* * Customer service or call center experience
* Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
* Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
* Dependability and a teamfirst mindset
* Preferred:
* * Insurance customer service experience (not required)
* Associate's degree required if non-licensed
* Active insurance license
* Required in San Antonio
* Preferred but not required in Omaha

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.47/hr.
