We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Banker/Customer Service Representative at Charter West Bank in South Omaha, NE. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers by providing exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provide information about bank products and services, actively upselling when appropriate.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and process accurate loan documentation.
• Comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Assist with customer phone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; previous banking experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence with computers, telephone systems, 10-key calculator and other office equipment.
• The ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Careful attention to detail and time management.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
