Position Overview

As a Travel Experience Designer, your role is more than just booking trips – it’s about designing memorable experiences. Whether it’s a romantic honeymoon in the Maldives or an adventurous tour through Peru, you’ll work closely with clients to plan, organize, and manage every element of their journey.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for aesthetics and storytelling, and seeks to help others explore the wonders of the world – all from the convenience of home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Create personalized travel itineraries that blend destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences.
  • Coordinate and finalize bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and excursions.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on destination trends, cultural highlights, and travel updates.
  • Provide expert advice and support throughout the travel process.
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with global travel partners to find the best deals and experiences.
  • Efficiently manage bookings, payments, and client documentation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in travel planning, sales, or hospitality is a plus (training provided).
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Creative spirit with a genuine passion for travel and culture.
  • Proficient in using online booking tools and digital platforms.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
