Call Center Specialist - Part-Time

Is this you?

• You love to be on the phone and chatting online. You do what it takes to find solutions to a variety of member needs while representing the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner
• You’re great at building relationships both with our members and when working cross-collaboratively with various internal teams.
• You are comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries. You don’t give up until you’ve found a satisfactory resolution and the member is satisfied.
• You have an uncanny ability to recommend products that could help the member reach their financial goals.
• All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC.
• Strongest candidates will have experience with video customer service and ITM's.

Starting Pay: $17.50/hour

Experience:

Two years of similar or related experience.

Education:

High School education or GED.
