We are seeking a Scheduling & Client Services Coordinator to assist with organizing and coordinating travel-related reservations. This remote role centers on communication, scheduling, documentation accuracy, and delivering a positive client experience.
Responsibilities include communicating with clients regarding travel needs, organizing booking details, coordinating reservations through approved suppliers, reviewing confirmations, and maintaining accurate records. You will provide ongoing support throughout the planning process to ensure clarity and confidence for each client.
Training and ongoing professional development are provided. No prior travel industry background is required; however, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience are highly valued.
