Customer Solution Specialist- HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Team up with high caliber co-workers and leaders who empower and equip you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Work with business customers who are calling or sending e-mails with questions about products or their need to order product. Assist customers when customized orders are needed to meet their unique needs or specifications.

Enter customer orders accurately into the order entry system ensuring the manufacturing team has all detail and special instructions needed to deliver the right product.

Manage the purchase order process while collaborating across teams to make sure products are received timely, then provide thorough follow-up to ensure customers are fully satisfied.

Become the product expert when customers need assistance or guidance when troubleshooting is needed.

Track online orders and reach out to customers for clarification when needed.
