Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager at , you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding onboarding, answering questions, resolving issues quickly, and proactively identifying opportunities to help them get more from our products. You'll work closely with our sales and data teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience that drives retention and long-term loyalty. Your success is measured by the success of the clients you serve.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building strong, trust-based relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
- Onboard new clients to 's products and services, ensuring a smooth transition and fast time-to-value.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our databases, SaaS products, data analytics, and list management offerings to guide clients toward the right solutions for their goals.
- Monitor client accounts to identify usage trends, flag potential concerns, and proactively reach out to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Partner with the sales team to identify renewal and upsell opportunities within your client base.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records in CRM systems.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, relaying feedback to product and leadership teams to help shape service improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in client service, customer success, or account management role. Experience in data, marketing services, or SaaS is a strong plus.
- Outstanding communication skills – you're comfortable on the phone, clear in writing, and naturally put clients at ease.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and find solutions that work for both the client and the business.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you manage multiple client accounts without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- A genuine passion for helping people succeed and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and CRM tools; familiarity with the direct marketing or data industry is a bonus.
- A collaborative, team-first attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, data, and operations teams.
