Are you looking for a fun summer gig and want to make a lot of money in a short period of time? Great opportunity to work with a very well‑known and successful Omaha sports company this June during the College World Series. Work with a high‑caliber team of smart, hard‑working individuals with a lot of positive energy and a "getter‑done" mentality.
Responsibilities- Assist customers over the phone and via email to buy and sell tickets, and transfer tickets electronically to customer accounts using the ticket app.
- Enter information into Excel; high attention to detail is a must.
- Work across multiple platforms to identify specific tickets requested.
- Problem‑solve when issues arise to ensure customers get to the game on time and in the correct seat.
