Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process and update customer orders accurately.
- Provide shipment and order status information.
- Resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to support customer needs.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Post high school education and previous customer service or similar experience is preferred. Previous customer service, order entry, or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
