This role is pivotal in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, both over the phone and in person, and in driving our company's success through effective sales and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Answer phone calls with a cheerful demeanor, assist with inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Sales:
Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to sell jobs and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Customer Reception:
Greet walk-in customers warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate service or staff member.

Scheduling:
Manage and coordinate the schedules of our technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Workspace Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a pleasant and professional environment.

Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and inventory management.
