Rental Customer Service and Sales Agent - Evenings; Airport

Budget has a need for a full-time Rental Customer Service and Sales Agent on our Airport team. This role is ideal for those who are people-oriented, have great customer service skills, and love putting a smile on someone's face. The position would finalize reservations, check customers in and out of our parking garage, and close sales.

Shift times are 5pm-1am, Sunday-Thursday.

• Greet customers using standard dialogue
• Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor
• Scan returning vehicles back into system
• Provide computerized receipt to customer
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills
• Problem resolution experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
