When customers walk in after an accident, they’re already dealing with enough stress. The person at the front desk sets the tone. That means staying organized, communicating clearly, handling pressure professionally, and helping keep the entire repair process moving.

Kaizen Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can help keep a busy Omaha collision repair facility running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced environment with steady work coming through Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Elkhorn, Gretna, and surrounding communities. We're looking for someone dependable, professional, and able to keep things moving without constant supervision.

At Kaizen, we believe in repairing vehicles the right way. We follow OEM repair procedures, invest in our people, and focus on communication, teamwork, and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is one of the most important positions in the shop. You are the first impression customers receive, the communication hub throughout the repair process, and a key part of keeping the front office organized and efficient.

This is a customer-facing role in a busy collision repair environment. You'll work directly with customers, insurance companies, rental partners, technicians, and management to help ensure repairs move smoothly from drop-off to delivery.

What You'll Do Customer Experience
  • Greet customers in person and over the phone
  • Help customers understand the repair and insurance process
  • Provide timely updates throughout repairs
  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service
Vehicle Intake & Documentation
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery
  • Document vehicle damage and take photos
  • Maintain accurate repair files and customer records
  • Support insurance carrier and DRP documentation requirements
  • Ensure paperwork is complete and organized
Administrative Support
  • Collect payments and process transactions
  • Assist with reports, scheduling, and daily paperwork
  • Support accounts receivable follow-up
  • Help maintain smooth front office operations
  • Assist management and production staff as needed

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check
