The Role
As a Full‑Time Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You’ll connect with warm, high‑intent leads—no cold calling—and guide them toward booking their first consultation.
You’ll work across phone, text, email, and chat, building quick connections, creating excitement, and helping clients feel confident starting their hair‑free journey. This role is fast‑paced and metric‑driven, where your performance directly impacts your earnings. You’ll balance speed, accuracy, and exceptional service while delivering a standout client experience every time.
Compensation- Base Pay: $21.50 per hour ($44,720 annually)
- Bilingual Differential Included
- Total Cash Earnings: $24.35+ per hour with commission ($63,000+ annually)
- Top Performers: $37.50+ per hour ($78,000+ annually)
Full‑time (40 Hours/week) With 10‑hour Shifts
- Three (3) weekdays each week
- Rotating weekends (Saturday + Sunday every other weekend)
- Morning: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Evening: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats
- Convert warm, marketing‑generated leads into booked consultations
- Build rapport quickly with confidence, empathy, and strong communication
- Create urgency and excitement around starting laser hair removal
- Work in a highly collaborative, on-the-floor environment with live coaching and support
- Receive immediate feedback to help you improve, grow, and win
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team culture
- Follow dynamic scripting and standard operating procedures
- Multitask across multiple conversations and systems
- Coordinate scheduling with clinic teams nationwide
- Accurately document client interactions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve performance
- Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and new initiatives
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Sales‑driven with a passion for helping people feel confident
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Coachable and motivated by performance and results
- Positive, team‑first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year in sales, appointment setting, or KPI‑driven work
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to type 60+ WPM and multitask across systems
- Interest in aesthetics is a plus
