About the Role:
Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities.
Essential
Skills:
- Above average customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal skills with customers and co-workers
- Computer knowledge and Internet skills
- Strong time management skills are a must
- Friendly and energetic attitude
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens/tabs
- Quick learner who enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both as an individual and a team member
Desirable
Skills:
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office
- At least 6 months call center experience preferred, but not required
- Variety of shifts available, must be available at least 1 weekend shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent
