Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Client Service Advocate (CSA), a critical client-facing role and the primary contact for select clients. The CSA answers client inquiries, processes account transactions and serves as a subject matter expert on the products serviced by the team.
The CSA also helps leadership monitor workflow and ensure service levels are met. Required qualifications include a HS Diploma and a minimum of 3 years in client service within financial services.
