- You have at least 3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or high-level office coordination.
- You can handle a fast-paced environment without losing your cool.
- You know how to build rapport with a customer on the phone and maintain clear, effective communication with a technician in the field.
- You’re comfortable with MS Office and learn new software with ease.
- You don't just report problems—you bring solutions.
