Midlands Choice is a regional PPO serving Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and surrounding areas. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day operations, assist providers and payers with registration, authorization, and the Midlands Choice secure portal.
You will deliver timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries, build positive relationships, and assist with provider outreach projects, claim entry and processing, mail processing, and fee schedule requests.
