Aloft-Omaha-West is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the 3pm–11pm shift to manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with guest requests during their stay.
You will answer calls, respond to online inquiries, handle payments and keys, and help organize events, while maintaining a professional, welcoming lobby. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in our fast-paced hotel environment.
