Position Overview

Client Service & Triage Specialist (Call Center) Representative, onsite in Omaha, NE. Contract position lasting 8 to 9 months, 100% on‑site, 5 days per week. Target start date:
August 31, including 4–5 weeks of comprehensive training. Shift flexibility:
Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour windows from 5:00 AM CST to 9:00 PM CST.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour for mid‑level/entry‑level (1–5 years experience) or $21.00 per hour for senior‑level (6–10 years experience).

Education required:

high school diploma.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails, delivering high‑touch customer service with empathy, patience, and strong emotional intelligence.
• Triage client needs quickly, accurately routing complex financial inquiries to appropriate specialized teams.
• Assist with basic account support, including address updates, password resets, and PIN‑related issues.
• Navigate multiple corporate software systems daily (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seek and accept constructive feedback, and adapt to evolving procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
