Customer Service Representative – Senior
Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Senior for a Contract with a client in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate with experience providing personalized account support, resolves client inquiries, and delivers exceptional service to build long-term customer relationships.
Rate Range: $17.24/hour to $20.69/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Customer Service Representative – Senior Job
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with account-related inquiries and service requests.
- Support account maintenance activities, including updating personal information, passwords, PINs, account preferences, and beneficiary details.
- Research account history, transactions, balances, and statements to accurately resolve client questions and concerns.
- Educate clients on financial products, account features, online tools, and self-service resources to enhance their overall experience.
- Navigate multiple systems and resources to efficiently identify solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Build client loyalty through professional communication, problem-solving, empathy, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Call Center Operations, Financial Services, or a customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with experience navigating multiple systems and assisting clients with account servicing, account maintenance, and digital self-service support.
