Position SummaryWe have a full-time CSR position available at our Big Red Keno at 8100 Cass Street in Omaha, NE. This will be primarily nights and weekends. The CSR is responsible for taking care of our most cherished asset; our customers. Associates will interact with customers to ensure all their service needs are met! Our CSR's are responsible for multiple 'satellite' accounts providing the highest level of customer service possible.
This is a fast paced and fun work atmosphere!!
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Candidate must abide by and understand all keno rules and regulations
- Promotes positive public relations with guests
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Responsible for multiple accounts/locations
- Ability to audit cash drawers
- Prepare operational reports
- Drive to the locations
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to obtain a state keno license and pass state fingerprinting.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Minimum age requirement is 19 years old
- Moderate reading, writing and math skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plans and completes job duties with minimal supervisory direction using appropriate judgment
- Must be able to learn and troubleshoot various issues

Our starting hourly rate is $15.00 per hour, plus mileage allowance for travel between satellite locations.
