Immanuel Communities is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Administrative Concierge to join our team at Arboretum Village
, a vibrant independent living community in Omaha, NE. Located at 8141 Farnam Drive, Arboretum Village is home to 145 independent living apartment residences where residents enjoy comfort, connection, and exceptional service.
As the first point of contact during weekend hours, you'll play an important role in supporting residents, families, visitors, and team members. You'll answer calls, assist with resident concerns, coordinate communication with leadership, and help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our community.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do
The overall purpose of this job is to ensure resident satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality to residents, potential residents and guests of the Community. The primary responsibilities of this job include proactively greeting and assisting residents, potential residents and guests while providing administrative support to the Community.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Two (2) years of direct administrative/secretarial or related experience is required.
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
