Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our award-winning pediatric dental team. We provide gentle, fun, and family-focused dental care for children of all ages—from infants to teens—and strive to create a comfortable environment where kids can learn healthy habits and enjoy their dental visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families warmly, providing a welcoming first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, including confirmations and follow-ups
- Coordinate treatment plans, insurance verification, and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service to patients and families
- Support a smooth and efficient front office, ensuring families feel informed and cared for
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
