  • Lead, manage, and develop dental planning, programs, and services, ensuring equipment, personnel, and materials meet dental standards.
  • Resolve procurement, training, and personnel assignment issues; develop, evaluate, and implement new services.
  • Direct, prepare, and disseminate professional data on new dental procedures and techniques.
  • Participate in patient treatment; establish and implement quality and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate the dental peer‑review function and conduct quarterly retrospective health‑records audits.
  • Develop, implement, and report on oral‑health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement an annual strategic work plan, support it with monthly written reports and benchmarks for the CEO.
  • Prepare technical and administrative reports and updates as needed.

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat disease, abnormalities, injuries, and disorders of the oral cavity.
  • Provide emergency services: diagnosis and treatment of pain, infection, swelling, bleeding, and trauma.
  • Offer basic restorative services, basic endodontics, basic prosthodontic restoration, basic oral surgery, and space maintenance.
  • Emphasize primary prevention, including oral‑health education, topical and systemic fluorides, periodontal prophylaxis, exams, and dental sealants.
  • Perform secondary prevention: periodic examinations with radiographs, prompt treatment of oral lesions, and compulsory exams.

• Graduation from an accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree.
• Seven years of experience as a dentist; two to three years of administrative experience in a clinic preferred.
• Completion of a Dental General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) is a plus.
• Active, valid, unrestricted license to practice as a dentist in Nebraska (or ability to obtain one) with a DEA registration number.
• Ability to meet One World’s privileging standards.
• Current and sustained certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); current CEU.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, make decisions on critical health‑care programs, analyze complex information, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Familiarity and experience with dental practice performance standards set by the Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, CDC, ADA, and other regulatory entities desired.
• Experience leading a diverse, multi‑disciplinary dental team in alignment with core values of respect and customer service.
• Ability to travel to and from multiple work locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
