Role Overview
Seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care with full clinical autonomy in a supportive environment. You will be an integral part of the patient care team, utilizing mentorship and educational programs to enhance your skills.
Responsibilities- Delivering comprehensive dental hygiene services and patient education
- Supporting community health and maintaining high standards of care
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilizing digital tools and medical records for patient management
- Current Nebraska dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification; experience with digital x-rays, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic records preferred
- Ability to perform essential physical duties, including prolonged sitting/standing and lifting up to 45 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to grow clinically and provide preventative care
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Availability for periodic training sessions
