The UNMC College of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time, tenure leading faculty position in the Department of Growth and Development, Division of Pediatric Dentistry. We are looking for a passionate educator and clinician who brings experience in teaching, research, and a shared commitment to excellence in patient care and dental education.

Position Highlights

-Teach and mentor dental students and residents in both didactic and clinical settings Provide instruction at multiple sites, including:

-Children's Hospital & Medical Center (Omaha)

-College of Dentistry (Lincoln)

Engage in scholarly activity and contribute to the growth of pediatric dental education Collaborate with a diverse team of educators and healthcare providers

We especially welcome candidates who demonstrate:

-Strong emotional and social intelligence

-The ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and patients from all backgrounds

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

- DDS / DMD from an ADA
-accredited dental school or equivalent international degree

-Completion of Part I and II of the National Board Dental Examination

-Certificate/degree from a CODA
-accredited Pediatric Dentistry program

Supplemental Qualifications

-Prior experience in dental education is preferred
