Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site, hybrid, role with flexibility for a Designer / Sr. Designer based in Omaha, NE. The Designer / Sr. Designer will conceptualize, create, and refine innovative office design solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Daily responsibilities include developing design presentations, creating detailed specifications, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring project timelines and standards are maintained.
This role also involves staying current with industry trends and contributing to a forward-thinking team environment.
- Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Configura, or other industry-standard design programs with experience creating 3D renderings.
- Knowledge of space planning, commercial design trends, and furniture solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on client-centered design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture studies, or a related field.
- Experience in office or commercial design projects is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
