Associate Principal Landscape Architect

As part of our Architecture practice at HDR, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of spaces and experiences that advance community well-being around the world. From healing environments and learning spaces to research labs and civic landmarks and infrastructure, your work will directly influence how individuals experience the world around them. • Conduct site analysis, site planning, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design and landscape design
• Serve as the primary contact to clients, consultants and public agencies on all assigned projects
• Coordinate with other disciplines, write and edit site and landscape specifications, and select landscape and pavement materials
• Provide construction administration as needed
• Prepare marketing materials for obtaining work from internal and external clients
• Perform other duties as needed

• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED
• Sketch Up experience

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration
• Experience with large-scale master planning
• AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Extensive experience in all phases of landscape architectural projects and their management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and working in a team environment
